WebpinnPOS lets you export your online order data as a CSV file straight from the Online Orders page, either the list currently on your screen, or a full date range of up to 92 days, with order number, source, dates, statuses, customer contact details, totals, and item counts, ready to hand to your accountant or load into a spreadsheet.
Where to find the export
If your shop has Shopify or WooCommerce connected, WebpinnPOS shows a dedicated Online Orders page listing every order that's come in from your connected store: order number, source, placed date, customer name, email and phone, line items, payment status, fulfillment status, and total. Summary stat cards at the top show total orders, orders awaiting fulfillment, and total revenue for the period you're viewing. The export option sits on this same page, next to the order list.
Visibility of the Online Orders page is controlled by your shop admin, so only staff who've been given access to online orders will see it or be able to export from it.
Two ways to export
Export what's on screen
If you've already filtered or searched the order list, by status, by date, or by customer, you can export exactly what's currently loaded, instantly, as a CSV file. Useful when you just need a quick snapshot of, say, everything still awaiting fulfillment right now.
Export a date range (up to 92 days)
For a proper reporting period, a month for your accountant, a quarter for a tax filing, a specific promotional window, choose a date range and export the full set of orders placed within it as a CSV download. A single export covers up to 92 days; for a longer stretch, run more than one export to cover each range.

Using the export for accounting and reporting
A CSV file opens directly in Excel, Google Sheets, or most accounting software's import tools, so the export is built to hand straight to an accountant or bookkeeper without reformatting. Because it covers a defined date range in one file, it works well as the source document for a monthly reconciliation, a quarterly summary, or backup evidence for a specific figure in a tax filing.
A note on how online orders are tracked
Online orders are tracked separately from your in-store Sales history. They are a different transaction type, not merged into your POS sales reports. That means this CSV export covers your Shopify and WooCommerce order data specifically; it does not include in-store till sales. If you need a combined view of online and in-store revenue, treat the two exports as separate inputs to your own reporting rather than expecting one file to contain both.
