Products can have variants (e.g. size and colour), each with its own SKU, barcode, price, and stock count, all tracked under one parent product so your catalogue stays organised at checkout and in reports.
Can I sell online and in a physical shop at the same time?
Yes. Connect Shopify or WooCommerce and stock stays in sync in both directions. A till sale deducts your online stock, and an online order deducts your till stock. Online orders also show up inside WebpinnPOS with full customer and line-item detail, and you can mark them fulfilled without leaving the dashboard.
Does it protect against cash and discount fraud at the till?
Yes. Manager approval enforcement requires a manager's badge and PIN to authorise cash drops, expenses, over-cap discounts, and loyalty redemptions. So a cashier can't quietly approve their own exception.
