On-site setup and training

A one-off KES 5,000 covers on-site setup and staff training: we configure your shop, import your products, connect M-Pesa and your online store, and train your cashiers on the till. On the Multi-Branch plan this is KES 5,000 per branch, since each location is set up and its staff trained separately.

Hardware not included

Plan fees cover the WebpinnPOS software only. A compatible barcode scanner (KES 5,000) and thermal receipt printer (KES 5,000) are available separately and connect directly to the POS. These are separate from the setup fee above.

Optional add-ons

Extend WebpinnPOS with advanced analytics or accounting sync. Add or remove any add-on at any time. Each add-on requires an active Standard or Multi-Branch plan.

Pricing questions

Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every new account starts with a 14-day free trial. No credit card required. Every feature is available during the trial, with a cap on volume so you can try everything without setting up your whole business twice: 100 products, 100 online orders, 100 customers and 20 categories. Subscribing lifts every cap and keeps everything you already added. After the trial, choose a plan or your account enters a 3-day grace period before expiring.
What happens to my data if I do not subscribe?
Nothing is deleted while you are on a plan, during the trial, or during the 3-day grace period. Once an account expires we email you the exact date your data is scheduled for deletion, and keep it for 7 more days. Subscribing before that date restores everything exactly as you left it. After that date your products, sales history, customers and online orders are permanently deleted. If you keep records for KRA, export your sales history from Reports before then.
Is there a setup fee?
Yes. A one-off KES 5,000 covers on-site setup and staff training. We configure your shop, import your product catalogue, connect M-Pesa and your Shopify or WooCommerce store, and train your cashiers on the till. On the Multi-Branch plan it is KES 5,000 per branch, because each location is set up and its staff trained separately. This is a one-time charge, separate from your monthly or annual plan fee, and separate from hardware.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time with no penalty. Annual plans are billed upfront and include 2 months free. Cancellation stops future renewals but the paid period remains active.
How does the Multi-Branch plan work?
The Multi-Branch plan includes 2 branches. Each additional branch costs KES 1,000/month. A business with 3 branches pays KES 2,500 + KES 1,000 = KES 3,500/month. Each branch has its own stock, cashiers, and shift records, with consolidated reporting across all locations.
Do I need to pay for Shopify or WooCommerce integration?
No. Both integrations are included in every plan at no extra cost. Connect your Shopify or WooCommerce store from Settings → Integrations.
What are the add-ons and are they required?
Add-ons are optional and can be enabled or removed at any time. They extend the platform with advanced analytics, accounting sync, or ERP integration. The base POS features (sales, inventory, M-Pesa, customer management, reporting) are included in every plan.
How is payment made?
Subscriptions are paid via M-Pesa STK Push. You will receive a payment prompt on your Safaricom number. There is no card requirement.
Is hardware included?
No. Plan fees cover the software only. A compatible barcode scanner and thermal receipt printer are available separately at KES 5,000 each and connect directly to the POS.
